These terms are the deal between you and Brian's Lucky Picks, run by Brian Cole ("we", "us"). By buying a pass or using the picks, you agree to them.
1. What you get
- Brian's Lucky Picks shows Brian Cole's handicapping picks (WIN, PLACE and SHOW) for races at Lone Star Park, on your phone or computer, while your pass is active.
- Picks are made with computer help from public race information and Brian's own judgment.
- You can also enter your own picks, see Brian's Scorecard and a leaderboard of player nicknames.
- Picks are posted when they are ready. Sometimes races have no picks, picks change, or races are scratched or cancelled.
- We are not part of, and not endorsed by, Lone Star Park. Not affiliated with Lone Star Park.
2. No guarantees. Not gambling advice.
- Picks are opinions for entertainment and information only. No guarantee of results. No one wins every race.
- We don't take bets or pay prizes. We never hold, place or handle wagers or money for bets.
- Past results don't predict future results. Any bet you make is your own decision and your own risk.
3. Who can use it
- You must be 21 or older, and it must be legal for you to view handicapping information where you live.
- One person per account. Sharing is not allowed. Don't share your sign-in or post our picks somewhere else. We may close an account that is shared or misused, without a refund.
4. Prices
- The full price is shown before you pay. Prices include card processing costs. No card fee is added.
- Prices don't include Texas sales tax, which is added at checkout. It is shown as its own line before you pay, on Stripe's page and on your receipt. Month and Year passes add the same tax at each renewal.

- The founding-member price (10% off the Year pass) is only for guest-pass members who asked for it. It renews at the same founding-member price while you stay subscribed.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
5. All sales final. No refunds.
ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS. All sales are final. No refunds or credits, including for unused days, losing picks, or scratched or cancelled races, except when the law requires one.
Rain check: if Lone Star Park cancels the whole race day before the first race, or we don't post picks for a race day you paid for, your Day pass moves to the next live race day. That is a credit, not cash back.
6. How long a pass lasts
- Day pass: good for that day's Lone Star Park races, from when you pay until 11:59 PM Central time. It does not renew. Day passes are sold only on days with Lone Star races.
- Month pass and Year pass: one month or one year from the day you pay, and they renew automatically (see below).
- If the site is down for a while, we will try to fix it quickly. There is no cash refund for the time it was down.
7. Automatic renewal and how to cancel
- Month and Year passes renew automatically until you cancel. On each renewal date we charge the same card the same price: $39.99 every month, or $204.99 every year ($184.49 for founding members).
- Cancel any time online: tap "Manage or cancel my plan" on the plan screen (win-place-show.vercel.app/buy), or email thepizzaguy2653@gmail.com. No phone call needed.
- Canceling stops future charges. You keep your picks until the end of the month or year you already paid for. No refund for the rest of that period.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries the card again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If the payment still fails, the plan ends.
- After you buy, you see a confirmation screen and get a receipt by email.
- Reminders: Year passes get an email about 35 days before each renewal. Month passes get a reminder of these terms once a year, and a receipt for every charge.
8. Price changes
- We can change prices. If you have a Month or Year pass, we will tell you by email before your next renewal, and the new price starts only at a renewal after that notice. You can cancel before then.
9. Your picks
- When you enter picks, you give Brian's Lucky Picks permission to store, score and use them, including to improve our own picks and to show your nickname and record on the leaderboard. There are no prizes for picks.
10. Limits on what we owe you
- The picks and the site are provided "as is". We don't promise they will always be available, on time, or free of mistakes.
- We are not responsible for any bet you make, or any money you win or lose.
- If we are ever responsible to you for anything, the most we owe is what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
11. The law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from your next purchase or renewal.
