What this is

Brian's Lucky Picks shows Brian Cole's horse racing picks for Lone Star Park.
Picks are for fun and information. No one can guarantee a win. Past results do not promise future results.
Nothing here is a bet. We never take, hold or place any money or wagers. Your own picks in the app are just picks.
You must be 21 or older to wager on horse racing in Texas.

A guest pass lasts for the days shown when you sign up. One guest pass per person, email, phone number and device.
When it ends, you can no longer sign in. Your past picks stay on the leaderboard records.
We never ask for a card for a guest pass.
If you check the yearly plan box, that only tells us you are interested. You won't be charged. We will contact you before anything is billed, and you would see the price and the terms and agree to them first.

Prices shown are the full price. Prices include card processing costs. Prices don't include Texas sales tax, which is added at checkout as its own line.
All sales are final. No refunds, except when the law requires one. Rain check: if Lone Star Park cancels the whole race day, a Day pass moves to the next race day (credit, not cash). See the Terms of Service.
Cancel. Use "Manage or cancel my plan" at any time, or email thepizzaguy2653@gmail.com. We stop the next renewal right away.
Reminders. Yearly plans get an email about 35 days before each renewal. Monthly plans get a reminder of these terms once a year and a receipt for every charge.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your first and last name, nickname, email address and mobile phone number.
The picks you enter (WIN, PLACE, SHOW) and when you entered them.
Which boxes you checked, when, and the internet address and browser you used (this is our record of your permission).
A device code saved on your phone, so a guest pass is one per device.

To run your pass and show your nickname on the leaderboard (only your nickname is shown to other players).
Leaderboard shows nicknames only. You can stay anonymous. Tick Stay anonymous on the leaderboard and other players see you as Player #1234. Your name, email and phone are never shown to other players.
Your picks are used to improve our picks. We score every player's picks to learn who picks well.
To email you offers and picks, only if you checked that box.
To text you offers and picks, only if you checked that box. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time. Right now we don't send any marketing texts.
To tell you when the paid version opens, if you asked.

When you enter picks, you give Brian's Lucky Picks permission to store, score and use them, including to improve our own picks and to show your nickname and record on the leaderboard. There are no prizes for picks.

Trial data: 24 months after your last visit. Records of your permission and payments: 4 years.

We don't sell your information. We don't give it to other companies for their marketing.
We don't show your name, email or phone to other players.

To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us.
To see or delete your information, email thepizzaguy2653@gmail.com. We will answer within 30 days.
